This site will guide you through both a Structural Change Phase and an Interior Selection Phase for customizing your new Remington Home.

• The Structural Phase addresses changes to the site placement, foundation and framing of your home. This phase must be completed prior to contract signing.
  
• The Interior Selection Phase addresses changes pertaining to the style and finish of your home. This phase must be completed within 75 days of the contract signing.
